The report is generated from the events you record on the animal anyway, not from a second table. When you sell an animal (from Pro), FarmManager can prepare the departure as a report right away, instead of making you enter it a second time — it is transmitted with automatic sync.

The sync pulls what the database holds on your farm and takes it over into FarmManager — stock, movements and census reports.
The cattle stock held in HI-Tier is imported into FarmManager — with life events such as birth, arrival and departure, death and slaughter. If the mother is also recorded in FarmManager, she is linked straight away. You don't start from zero, and you don't retype a single ear-tag number.
Pig movements and census reports are read in from HI-Tier and taken over into the registers. If HI-Tier holds the same entry with different values, the state from HI-Tier applies.
The same retrieval runs for sheep and goats — movements and the census report come from the database into your farm.
You decide per farm whether the sync runs at the push of a button or automatically whenever something changes.
If HI-Tier rejects a report, a transmission or a retrieval fails, or a permission is missing, a visible entry with a severity level is created instead of a silent failure. It names the cause, for a rejection the text from HI-Tier, and takes you to the affected record in one click.
Holding numbers are looked up in the HI-Tier directory and shown together with the farm name, instead of being typed in blind. With an existing HI-Tier connection, one click fills in the next free ear-tag number from the ranges HI-Tier has allocated to your farm when you create a bovine animal. Cattle ear tags are checked for the number of digits, German ones additionally for the federal-state code.
With an existing HI-Tier connection, FarmManager shows for cattle which reportable events haven't reached HI-Tier yet, and reminds you when the deadline gets closer or has passed. Which deadline applies is set out in the German regulation — what you find here is how it stays in view.
The connection is set up per farm. If you run several farms, you set up each one individually — separate access, separate reports.
Your HI-Tier holding number and PIN are stored on the farm profile, along with your co-user ID if you work with one.
Manual means you trigger the sync yourself. Automatic means it runs on its own whenever something changes.
Administrators turn on TAM themselves in the farm's HI-Tier dialog. If you want, FarmManager sends a half-year report that you have marked as ready on its own — but only with automatic sync. In manual mode you submit it with a click from the report list.
After you save, the first sync starts and imports the stock held in HI-Tier. From then on it runs in the mode you chose.
