FarmManager talks to what you already use

FarmManager is registered as a connected system in the Operations Center. Live positions, machine status and engine hours arrive via OAuth – all you need is your Operations Center login.

A single FieldOps account covers all three brands. FarmManager reads each machine's brand from the fleet data, so you never create anything twice.

Reports to the German livestock traceability database plus import from HI-Tier. Access is stored per farm, so multi-farm operations report cleanly separated.

Admins switch on the TAM module themselves in the farm's HI-Tier dialog. The half-yearly report under § 55 with the number of animals per production type and the livestock declarations go to HI-Tier; if no antibiotics were used, you confirm the nil return with one click. With automatic HI-Tier synchronisation, FarmManager sends the half-yearly report itself on request. From Pro you also report antibiotic treatments of cattle, pigs, chickens and turkeys individually under § 56 – on behalf of the veterinarian, with their HI-Tier access.

FarmManager estimates your farm's therapy frequency locally from the recorded antibiotic treatments (from Basic). Reserve antibiotics are flagged in the active-substance catalogue from which you choose at the treatment. The figure is for your own overview and is not transmitted to HI-Tier.

Upload your federal state's official cadastre as a zipped shapefile or GeoJSON. Every field receives its FLIK, and the comparison shows official against drawn area in hectares and percent. If you wish, a field takes over the official outline of its field block with “Adopt the official parcel”.

You read in the geodata export of your aid application – from iBALIS, FIONA, ANDI or ELAN, for example – as a ZIP with shapefile, GeoJSON, KML/KMZ or GML; that creates your fields complete with outline, size and FLIK. Conversely, in every plan FarmManager outputs your fields as a ZIP with GeoJSON and shapefile, with name, FLIK, area, area type and use per field. Both run via files, without signing in to the portal.

Using Gemarkung, Flur and parcel number, the Flurstück is looked up at the German state's official INSPIRE service; what comes back is the outline and official area, no ownership data. Available for German states with an openly queryable service – currently North Rhine-Westphalia.

In every plan, FarmManager mirrors the BVL register of plant protection products monthly. From it you take over master data including hazard notes into your product catalog – farms outside Germany take over the country-neutral data without the German approval. For farms in Germany, FarmManager reports new deviations in their products after each new edition, such as an ended approval. If, for a farm in Germany, a product's approval number is in it, FarmManager suggests the withdrawal period for the crop when you book, and checks crop, pest, application rate, BBCH growth stage, number of and interval between applications, the distance conditions by drift-reduction class and plant height, the technique and the tank partners against the approved areas of use and conditions. Deviations appear as a notice, not as a block; the farm's own areas of use take precedence.

Income and expenses of the selected period go together as a posting batch in EXTF format into one CSV per fiscal year of your farm. You enter the chart of accounts (SKR 03, 04 or 14), the SKR account and BU key per income and expense type, and the BU key per tax category in the DATEV settings; once the accounts are set up, your firm can import the file.

Hybrid invoices in the EN16931 profile – a PDF/A-3 with embedded CII XML, human readable and machine processable in the very same file. The buyer's VAT ID comes from the customer record. Reverse charge, intra-Community supplies, exports, and tax-exempt and non-taxable line items appear in the e-invoice with their tax category and the prescribed note or exemption reason.

Pure XRechnung 3.x XML for public sector clients, with the Leitweg-ID you store per customer. Units are mapped to UN/ECE Rec 20 codes, for example pieces to H87 and hours to HUR. You have to submit the file yourself – there is no transmission to ZRE, OZG-RE or Peppol.

From Pro you upload incoming XRechnung files (UBL or CII) and ZUGFeRD PDFs; FarmManager reads out the invoice data and keeps the original file. One click turns an invoice into an expense, a credit note reduces the expenses. You switch on automatic booking in the e-invoice settings; it is off by default.

A monthly payroll CSV with name, social security number, actual hours, gross pay and employment type as a handover file for your payroll accounting – plus DEÜV notification files for registration, deregistration and annual report from the encrypted social insurance profiles. The notification files are meant for checking and passing on and do not replace a certified transmission.

You upload the MLP test-day file as a semicolon-separated CSV, with a UTF-8 header row that names “Ohrmarke” (ear tag) and “Prüfdatum” (test date). Milk yield, constituents and somatic cell count arrive with the source “MLP / LKV”, the lactation is assigned and withheld milk is pre-marked; a repeat import does not create anything twice.

There is no live connection to the milking robot – you upload its data as a semicolon-separated file in FarmManager's fixed column format; the import does not recognise other layouts. The values appear in the lactation curve with the source “Milking robot”, without overwriting manual entries.

The camera reads the barcode of the ear tag straight from the form, and the printed number in the “Number (photo)” mode by text recognition. You also find the animal by scan instead of searching a list.

NFC-capable transponders are read by the Android app and assigned directly to the animal.

Pair handheld readers over Bluetooth and record in the barn without taking your gloves off.

Import appointments from Outlook, Google or Apple as an .ics file – simple series with interval and end date included. The import does not take over weekday rules, a fixed number of occurrences or individual exceptions. A repeat import updates instead of duplicating.

You can export almost every list as CSV, Excel or a print-ready PDF – the whole table or a selection, with the columns you need. No asking, no deadline, no extra cost.

You take over existing lists as a CSV or Excel file – animals, animal events, feedings, grazing plans, fields, employees, plant protection applications and the areas of use of your plant protection products. FarmManager suggests the column mapping from common headings such as “Ohrmarke” or “LOM”; a repeat import updates animals, fields and employees instead of creating them twice.
