Why FarmManager exists
On almost every farm the same data lies around several times over. The ear tag is in the barn book, in the spreadsheet for the vet and once more on the reporting form. The field size is in the application, in the fertilisation plan and in the invoice. Every transcription is an opportunity for a mistake, and every mistake only shows up during an inspection. FarmManager is built as one system in which each piece of information is entered exactly once and takes effect everywhere it is needed.
From practice, not from a textbook
The modules were not designed on a drawing board but along the order in which the work actually happens. An animal is born, treated, weighed, milked, sold – and every one of those steps creates an obligation towards an authority. FarmManager models those chains instead of digitising individual forms.
Records that survive an inspection
A record is only worth as much as its traceability. That is why FarmManager writes entries into a tamper-evident journal, logs every import run with its file and result, freezes assessments at the moment of measurement and makes visible in every record where a value came from. Not because it looks tidy, but because the question "how do you know that?" comes eventually.
How FarmManager grows
New features come from what farms miss in their daily work and from what the legislator newly demands. What is in the application is also on this website – and what is not finished yet is marked as "prepared" instead of being sold as a promise.
Your data stays in Germany
Hosted on servers in Germany, processed in line with the GDPR including a data processing agreement, with daily backups and encrypted transmission.
Your data belongs to you
Every record can be exported at any time as CSV, Excel or PDF – without asking, without a deadline and without having to explain why.
Prices are openly on the page
No "price on request", no sales call as a precondition. You see what a plan costs, net and gross, and start the trial without a credit card.
Setup without a separate invoice
Consultation and initial setup are included in every plan – connecting your machines as well. Integrations carry no connection fee here.
We say what does not work yet
Connections that are prepared but not yet usable are listed as "prepared" on the integrations page. We name a date only once we can keep it.
