Maintain a social-insurance profile per employee with SI number (pension insurance), eleven-digit tax ID, place of birth and birth name. These sensitive fields are stored encrypted, never shown in plaintext in tables, excluded from global search and the activity log, and visible only to HR staff in the secured form.
Generate the byte-exact DEÜV report format for registration (GD 10), deregistration (GD 30) and annual reporting (GD 50). The file (DEUEV_<reason>_<YYYYMM>.dat, ISO-8859-1) contains header, communication and trailer records plus, per employee, the DSME, DBME, DBNA, DBGB and DBAN data blocks. File generation only — not certified transmission; transmission requires ITSG certification and eXTra transport.
Before every generation, the module checks the eight mandatory DEÜV fields (date of birth, place of birth, birth name, gender, nationality code, person group, contribution group, occupation code) and lists exactly which fields are missing in the profile. Records with blocking gaps are skipped; a missing company number blocks the entire file with a clear message.
Choose the DEÜV person-group key (101 standard, 109 mini-job, 110 short-term, 112 seasonal, 113 working family members, 114 other agriculture) and the 4-digit contribution-group key. For short-term employees (110), the actual worked days are automatically carried into the report as paid days.
Export a monthly payroll-data CSV (Lohndaten_<YYYYMM>.csv, Windows-1252, semicolon-separated) with name, SI number, actual hours, gross wage, workdays, employment type (mini-job/seasonal/regular) and health-insurance fund as a handoff file for external payroll software. Missing SI numbers, hours or wage rates are shown before download.
Record postings abroad with destination country, posting period, home carrier (SVLFG), activity and host employer. Printing generates an A4 preparation document for the A1 application per Regulation (EC) 883/2004 with employer, company number, and the employee's SI number and tax ID. Printing is protected against unauthorized access by a triple tenant-and-access check.
Print a per-employee, per-year SI status certificate that documents short-term employment status under §8 SGB IV (actual days against the threshold, with projection), mini-job classification and minimum-wage conformity from existing data — without making an independent social-insurance-law determination.
Record SVLFG membership, health-insurance fund and the start and end of coverage per employee. The profile overview shows status, health-insurance fund and the number of A1 postings; all substantive changes flow into the activity log without logging encrypted personal data.
