Shift Generator
Automatic shift generation from operating hours, active employment contracts and recorded vacations. Manual or locked entries are preserved, and fair distribution keeps workload even across the team.

Employment Contracts
Capture per employee the contract type (full-time, part-time, mini-job, seasonal, trainee, freelancer), job title, weekly hours, vacation entitlement, hourly wage and per-person scheduling parameters such as max consecutive workdays or minimum rest time.

Vacations & Leave
Manage vacation, sick leave, unpaid leave, special leave, parental leave and training with an approval workflow (Requested → Approved/Rejected → Cancelled). Approved days automatically block shift scheduling and surface in the calendar.

Operating Hours
Define opening and closing times per weekday plus the minimum required staff. Closed days are honoured by the automatic shift generator.

Work Time Rules (ArbZG)
Pre-configured compliance values based on the German Working Time Act — max daily and weekly hours, minimum rest, Sunday and holiday handling, overtime thresholds. Override per tenant to match your collective agreement or country.
