Your herd, animal by animal
Every animal with a complete life record from birth to sale – including multi-generation pedigrees, feedings and HI-Tier integration. The livestock register comes as an A4 PDF per species. Current stock and the period's entries and exits sit side by side in it – ready to hand over at an inspection.

Health documented traceably
Vaccinations, veterinary treatments and medications with automatic withdrawal-period calculation. The TAM report under TAMG § 55 with the number of animals and production type goes to HI-Tier; each antibiotic treatment can additionally follow as a usage report under § 56 in the name of the treating veterinarian. FarmManager estimates therapy frequency under § 58 locally and reads the authority's value from HI-Tier; if it is above a key figure, the draft of the action plan is created. FarmManager monitors the BVD ear-notch sample of every calf born on the farm, with lab result and BVD status. The herd record PDF you present at an inspection is generated from the treatments and vaccinations of the chosen period. At the claw stand you record the hoof trimmer’s findings animal by animal according to the ICAR Claw Health Atlas.

Fertility & breeding under control
Fertility KPIs such as calving interval and days open, action lists per cow and – as the forward-looking half – fertility planning: a herd forecast per calendar week, a timeline per animal, and the dry-offs and calvings for the next eight weeks as a list. For the calves you keep the calf card with colostrum and milk feeding plan, “Feeding today” shows the mixing quantities of the day. Plus ration calculation for dairy cattle and a mating network that reveals the inbreeding risk of offspring. For every possible pairing, FarmManager calculates the offspring's inbreeding coefficient before you serve.

From the milking slot to the milk payment
Yields per animal, as a milking session for a whole herd or by importing from the MLP test-day list and the milking robot (CSV, Excel or ICAR ADE, with a mapping that you save as a farm profile, or as an ADIS file of the data centre without a mapping), plus lactations that FarmManager creates itself with the calving, including the 305-day yield by the ICAR test-day method, the ECM by the formula you choose for the farm, and milk quality per measurement — and at the end of the chain the delivery to the dairy with its quality parameters, whose settlement amount you book straight as income. If an animal is inside the milk withdrawal period on the delivery date, FarmManager blocks the delivery until it is released on record. The block's reason and release date sit on the animal itself, not in a loose note. From the test days FarmManager evaluates metabolism and udder health of the cows, with the key figures of BRS guideline 1.15 and a cell count simulator for the tank. Before drying off, FarmManager recommends for each cow whether she can be dried off without antibiotic; the decision is the vet’s.

Yes, in two parts. The TAM report under TAMG § 55 with the number of animals and production type goes to HI-Tier, a nil return is one click. Each antibiotic treatment can additionally follow as a usage report under § 56 in the name of the treating veterinarian – with their HI-Tier access, the product's approval number and the amount applied. FarmManager calculates active-substance quantities and therapy frequency under § 58 locally only; it reads the authority's value from HI-Tier without reporting anything, and above a key figure it creates the draft of the action plan. As an admin you can switch TAM on yourself in the farm's HI-Tier dialog once the HI-Tier connection is in place.
You record the treatment once – FarmManager calculates the withdrawal periods automatically and shows, per animal, when milk and meat may be marketed again.
Yes. Roles and permissions control who can see and change what; tasks can be assigned to individuals or teams, and whoever receives a new task is notified in FarmManager.
Yes. You record every tank collection with the date, the dairy and the amount in kilograms, add the quality parameters from the test report and book the milk payment straight from the delivery as income — so it reaches your finances without being maintained twice. You read in the monthly milk payment statement as a CSV or Excel export, as a PDF or as an e-invoice under the credit-note procedure. FarmManager reconciles every pickup with your deliveries, takes over the dairy’s lab values and books the statement on your click, so that only the difference to milk payment already booked is added. From the quality parameters FarmManager also calculates the geometric mean of cell count and bacterial count against the limits — as an approximation that does not replace the official quality test.
Yes, by carrying forward your own recorded data – not as a statistic. From services, pregnancy checks and calvings come the upcoming dates per cow, and each one carries a provenance label: Recorded, Expected once pregnancy is confirmed, or Assumed from the cycle intervals your farm sets per species or takes over as defaults. What is only assumed is shown as such, rather than treated as a fixed date.
