Cycles in a notebook
Service dates, farrowing dates and weanings live in a book. The key figures only appear at year end — long after they could have changed a decision.

Census, movements and death reports to HI-Tier cost office time every week, and deadlines slip.
ASF rules require documented checks. What counts in an emergency is not what was done but what can be proven.
Every reproduction cycle runs through served, pregnant, farrowed and weaned; a failed service is recorded as returned to service. FarmManager pre-fills the farrowing date from the service date with 115 days of gestation — you can override it at any time.

For each farrowing you record piglets born alive, stillborn and mummified plus the weaning date and the number weaned. From that come piglets per litter and rearing losses as a share of those born alive. A litter can be written out as individual animals without ceasing to be a litter.

Census, movements and death reports run over the same connection as for cattle. The antibiotic report under TAMG §55 is aggregated and transmitted, the therapy frequency under §58 estimated locally.

Biosecurity checks are kept with due-date reminders. When you move animals, the 3D occupancy view warns if the move breaks biosecurity — before the animal changes barn, not after.
