The digital field record
Land as polygon maps with automatic hectare calculation, field activities with costs, soil samples under VDLUFA and Nmin. It starts with the geodata export of your aid application: that creates your fields complete with outline and size, instead of drawing them one by one. The field-block import (InVeKoS/FLIK) then reconciles them against the official cadastre, and the “Parcels (InVeKoS)” export outputs them as GeoJSON and shapefile for the next aid application. A soil sample counts as a valid DüV record for six years; FarmManager gives timely notice when a new one falls due.

Crop rotation with live rule checks
Multi-year planting plans with ongoing crop-rotation checks, cover crops and harvest documentation – GAEC findings are available per field with a two-year snapshot. Each rotation rule sets a minimum break in years and grades a breach by severity, rather than blocking it outright.

Plant protection with checks at booking
Application documentation with a product catalog, proof-of-competence records and equipment inspections – all in one place instead of three folders. When you book, FarmManager checks the application against the product's BVL approval (farms in Germany) or your own areas of use – crop, application rate, BBCH growth stage, number of applications and distance to water bodies – and takes over the matching withdrawal period; deviations appear as a notice, not as a block. The product's name, approval number and active substances are recorded at the time of application, and the earliest harvest date follows from the withdrawal period and the application date. If, according to the BVL directory, the approval of one of your products ends (farms in Germany), FarmManager reports this with the next edition and, where the directory names a grace period for use up, reminds you in good time before it ends.

DüV without the nail-biting
Fertilizer requirement calculation (DBE, currently Hesse only), fertilizer catalog with nitrogen fertilization plan (N-plan), closed periods and Annex 5 as an annual balance – plus the register of tanks for water-polluting substances (AwSV) and, for farms with livestock from Basic, the manure-storage capacity proof under § 12 DüV. Every DBE plan applies to one season, spring or autumn.

Maintenance planning and safety checklists for your fleet that follow the rules of the German statutory accident insurance (DGUV); the harvest is stored in the silo and tracked by quality. Every stored batch can be traced back to the field and the harvest operation it came from, carrying figures such as moisture, protein and falling number.
