Yes. The flock type is set when you create it and decides which key figures make sense for that cycle.

Are FCR and EPEF calculated for me?

Yes. Both come out of the values recorded per cycle — feed, weight, age and losses — and need no separate upkeep.

Where does the salmonella result go?

Straight onto the flock record, with the date of the last test, so the evidence stays with the flock it refers to.
