Connect agrirouter to FarmManager
agrirouter is manufacturer-neutral. Instead of maintaining a separate connection for every brand, you connect your agrirouter account once, and the EFDI telemetry of your machines then runs through it, no matter who built them. The connection is built in FarmManager but not yet released for production use; the steps below show how the connection will work.
What you need for this
Your agrirouter account from agrirouter.com. The application credentials are already stored; you only sign in with your own account and confirm the connection.
How to connect
Open the connections page
In FarmManager open "Telematics" in the navigation and click "Telematics connections" at the top of the page. Under "Provider accounts" you will find the agrirouter card, which shows the status "Not connected" until you connect.
Click "Connect"
The agrirouter onboarding opens in a new tab; the FarmManager tab stays open.
Sign in at agrirouter
Sign in with your agrirouter account and confirm the permission request there.
Confirm the endpoint
Confirm the connection of your farm – in agrirouter this is called the endpoint. FarmManager automatically sets it up to receive the EFDI telemetry of your machines; there is nothing for you to configure.
Back to FarmManager
Return to the FarmManager tab. Because agrirouter sends no serial numbers, FarmManager never creates a machine automatically – reported devices appear for review, and you assign them to your machines manually, once.
What arrives afterwards
- EFDI telemetry from the connected machines
- Position and speed for the live fleet map
- Working state of the machine, without engine status
- Fuel level and engine hours, as far as the machine sends them
Connection not working?
If no data arrives, "Received data" on the agrirouter card shows whether any messages have arrived at all. Usually your machine in agrirouter is not yet sending to FarmManager as a recipient – FarmManager does create its own endpoint on connecting, but your machine must also be set to route to it. You set that up in your agrirouter account. If a machine appears but does not link itself automatically, that is expected – without a serial number agrirouter proposes no match, so you pick your machine yourself, once.
