Connect the John Deere Operations Center to FarmManager
FarmManager is registered as a connected system in the John Deere Operations Center. You connect your account yourself via OAuth – neither a client ID nor a secret is requested from you.
What you need for this
Your John Deere Operations Center login and an organisation within it that holds your machines. That organisation must grant FarmManager access at connections.deere.com – this can be done as part of connecting, but it is required before any data arrives.
How to connect
Open the connections page
In FarmManager open "Telematics" in the navigation and click "Telematics connections" at the top of the page. Under "Provider accounts" you will find the John Deere card, which shows the status "Not connected" until you connect.

The John Deere sign-in opens in a new tab; the FarmManager tab stays open.
Sign in at John Deere
Sign in with your John Deere Operations Center account and confirm the permission request. John Deere then sends you back to FarmManager.
Authorise your organisation
At connections.deere.com select your organisation and grant access. If your login sees only one organisation, FarmManager takes it over automatically; if it sees several, pick the right one directly on the FarmManager connections page. Without the authorisation at connections.deere.com the machine data stays locked either way – it is the most common reason no machines appear afterwards.
Discover machines
Back in the FarmManager tab, discovery has usually already run automatically and its result opens right away. Clear serial-number matches are already linked, new machines have been created, and only unclear cases wait for your confirmation. "Discover machines" on the card lets you re-run the match any time, for example after buying another machine.

- At the touch of a button, your fields with their outline and your plant protection products – new ones are created, existing ones linked, nothing is deleted
Connection not working?
If no machines appear after connecting, almost always the organisation at connections.deere.com has not yet been authorised for the application. If your login sees several organisations, pick the right one on the connections page – without a selection FarmManager cannot retrieve any data. If permissions change later, "Reconnect" helps; your assigned machines are kept.
